15:24, it was slow. pull-ups killed me.
4. stretching
I had huge resources in the 1st wod. but, the chest and the triceps were pissed off yesterday.. so I even hadn't bad breath. this is the Russian 2011 opens complex. my last result was 4 full cycles and 9 ohs. but I was destroyed at that time.
