A DL Rippetoe-style: taking the position, get a grip, chest up (hips will follow) and lift.
weights were good enough
B working with pcleans - need to get a good technique, jump and elbows-on
C some bsquat routine
D strethcing. it was great
didn't wright about weights, there were no records or smth interesting, almost was no any beautiful training scheme which I'd like to share with you
