my sweet one. I usually do it with the kettlebells tied to the bar. shit, they turn around all the time while I lift it! the exercise is very powerful for all back except traps and for the hips with arms. don't be shy, guys, try it. brutal, barbaric power!

30 ring dips - very broken, triceps were stale
